Define Service Area:
Is Clearly outline on geographic boundaries that we consider our standard service area.

Our Normal Price List applies to Our Out of Area Service Calls / Work Orders:

Our Out of Area Service Calls / Work Orders are at a Premium Rate, this could be one or more of the options below:
Hourly Rate:
A flat rate for the time spent performing the service call / work order.
Travel Surcharge:
A fixed fee, a mileage-based charge (e.g., per kilometre), or an hourly travel charge.
Combination: Using a combination of the above, such as a travel surcharge plus an hourly rate for work performed.
Accommodation:
Our team may need to stay in accommodation to complete your service call / work order, if this is required, the cost will be passed on to our customer.
We Will Communicate Clearly:
We will ensure that customers are informed about these above additional costs before the service call / work order is rendered. This is typically done: During the initial scheduling Work Order and that you will accept the additional charges to this Work Order.
We will have the additional changes in a written quote or estimate provided to the customer.
“No-Service” Option:
Please be prepared we may inform you our customer, if you are too far from our service area for the trip to be economically feasible for both parties.
