On-Time Every Time Guarantee Conditions

This document describes the Matthew Costin – Test & Tag On-Time Every Time Guarantee Conditions.

At Matthew Costin – Test & Tag, we understand that your time is important. We don’t want you to have to spend any more time waiting for us to arrive at your site or business.

That’s why we offer our On-Time Guarantee.

To qualify for the On-Time Guarantee:
Step 1: Book your Service at least 48 Hours before your appointment time.
Step 2: Wait for your Appointment time
Step 3: If our staff has not arrive on your site by 30 minutes of your appointment time.

If the above applies (and subject to the conditions below), then you will get a 15% discount on your invoice

Conditions:
The On-Time Guarantee applies to Appliance Test and Tag Only.

Discount is only taken off Appliance Testing and Tagging Rates only to a maximum of $150 Per Work Order.

The On-Time Guarantee does not apply when your appointment was booked under 48 Hours.

In some circumstances, our staff may be running behind schedule due to a delay outside of our control (for example, an emergency or an electricity outage). If this occurs, we will call you prior to your appointment to reschedule. The On-Time Guarantee does not apply if you choose to not reschedule your appointment (or if you do not answer our call). If you do reschedule, the On-Time Guarantee applies to the rescheduled appointment time.

On-Time Guarantee applies to work orders that are completed on the same day only.

The conditions of the On-Time Guarantee are subject to change at any time.
