That’s why we offer our On-Time Guarantee.
To qualify for the On-Time Guarantee:
- Step 1: Book your Service at least 48 Hours before your appointment time.
- Step 2: Wait for your Appointment time
- Step 3: If our Tech staff has not arrive on your site by 30 minutes of your appointment time.
If the above applies (and subject to the conditions below), then you will get a 15% discount on your service
- The On-Time Guarantee applies to Test and Tag and Computer services only
- The On-Time Guarantee does not apply to computer remote services.
- The On-Time Guarantee does not apply when your appointment was booked under 48 Hours.
- In some circumstances, our Techs may be running behind schedule due to a delay outside of our control (for example, an emergency or an electricity outage). If this occurs, we will call you prior to your appointment to reschedule. The On-Time Guarantee does not apply if you choose to not reschedule your appointment (or if you do not answer our call). If you do reschedule, the On-Time Guarantee applies to the rescheduled appointment time.
